Good hotel lovely bed clean . Lift problems. Gyms rubbish

Comfortable room size, easy check in & out, friendly and helpful staff, everyday bottled water & hot chocolate and welcoming reception area. The location deserves special mention with train station and attractions all within walking distance. A good choice of restaurants and shops within 5 minutes walking distance. Suitable for business and leisure trips (adults).

Hotel location was perfect all major sights were within easy reach by foot or public transport. Hotel staff were friendly helpful and available at all times. Hotel room (Superior)was spacious and had everything needed. Shower was fantastic, we had a a corner room and the balcony was huge and had amazing views (7th Floor).All in all it was a great hotel to stay in and I would consider any of the Leonardo hotels for future stays.

A perfect location for a short break to Berlin. All the staff were professional and courteous room was comfortable and the facilities of the room faultless.

Glad we chose Leonardo again , having stayed in one of the group's hotels in Madrid previously - the Berlin Mitte one fully lived up to expectations. It was perfect for our short stay - comfortable, clean, cool decor, helpful staff and an excellent location, just a short stroll from all amenities and transport. Very handy for train to the airport.

What a brilliant hotel - my daughter and I have never been to Berlin before and this hotel was great - excellent location and lovely standard of room/facilities - and the price was good too. Would definitely recommend and will return when next visiting Berlin.

The location of the hotel was perfect, walking distance to variety of restaurants and city centre (Parliament, Brandenburg gate, Chatedral, ..). The only thing what was disturbing was the mobile connection (alhough hotel's Wi-Fi compensated a lot.

This was my third stay at Leonardo Mitte in Berlin. The location is conventient -- easy start for long walks and close to trains, trams and busses. The breakfast is amazing and I enjoyed the sauna each evening during my stay. My room has a balcony which was a lovely place to enjoy a light dinner.

I would certainly choose the same hotel if again in Berlin. The location is fantastic and the room is very good. Very clean and tidy. Highly-recommeded

The hotel and room were excellent! Very clean, both the room and bathroom were spotless! The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel's location was perfect. Fresh, hot coffee was available every morning at the buffet. There was also fruit and refreshing water. The hotel staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful. This is now my favorite hotel, and I highly recommend it.

There was no bathroom towel for the second person.

This room was stunning. From the balcony to the shower to the amount of windows. Room felt open and clean. Will definitely be back.

I feel Surrounding of the hotel it seems to be enough saftey, and close in to rail way station where convinience for shopping, eating and sight seeing, and also had a better access to Air port. We like it.

This was a great base for exploring Berlin. We walked and biked everywhere from this central location. Many restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby. Nice, modern, clean hotel with friendly staff. Cheers!

Fab hotel , great location, room was really good . Cleanliness of the hotel was the best I’ve ever seen . Everyone was super friendly and welcoming

The hotel is great! Amazing location and the staff was very welcoming. However, there are two issues I would like to report: - The mattress in my room was sagging in the middle. - On the morning of our last day, around 8 a.m., someone opened the door to our room. We had not checked out yet, so there was no reason for anyone to try to enter. I didn’t feel safe.

Had a great stay at your hotel. Comfortable room and great breakfast. Really pleased to have a window that could be opened and a great shower in the room. Breakfast areas were quickly refreshed and staff helpful. Situation of hotel is great with easy transport nearby. Thanks for a lovely stay - will come again!

The hotel is lovely but if your in a rush do not use the lifts always show and have issues one day all working next day one only working always causing you to be late

The location is great. The receptionists are friendly, room is cosy, but the bed is too soft. There are some stains on the curtain, towels and bed sheets.

I think it's the only hotel I have been to that doesn't have a toaster at breakfast. Also the duvet in the bed is too short. If you have guests from other countries you need to cater for everyone. The towels are old, thin and not up to standard

third time staying at this hotel and love it.

A good location for tourists exploring Berlin

Second time we have stayed here. It’s a good, clean hotel in a great location by Friedrichstraße Station & by the river too. There are a few restaurants nearby & an Irish pub. We enjoyed our stay & would visit again. We appreciated the free water in the room & the room was comfortable & kept very clean.

We had a great stay, hotel has everything you need for a weekend break, clean and comfortable abd a fabulous location. Would definitely come back and recommend

Hotel was lovely however the weekend I stayed the lifts where not working properly and at times only 1 lift in service. Breakfast was nice but no toaster to toast the bread. Cups for tea in the room was a little small and no spoon just sticks for stirring so borrowed a mug and tea spoon from breakfast. Also was not keen on the flavour of teabags in the room so took some of the breakfast tea bags up to my room.

We had an excellent stay, the hotel was very clean the rooms were well equipped, ours was the cheapest available and was a bit small, but it had everything we needed and a very comfy bed , fabulous shower and fridge to. The bar was a lovely space and the staff were really friendly and polite. Reception staff were very helpful and nothing was too much bother. We are returning next spring as there is still so much of Berlin to explore and we will return to Leonardo as we were really impressed .

Enjoyed my stay in lovely hotel in a great location.

From check in to check out and everything in between was perfect. Room was small but very clean and modern. The room was cleaned daily by a very helpful Gentleman. WiFi superb and overall stay was excellent!

The only negative thing was the out of order floor lights along the reception. When you stay in a hotel where anything works normally,even the lights,is good.
